In the spirit of the NBA’s free agency signings and with Fall fashion season quickly approaching, we figured we’d have a little fun here at T|P|Republic and have our very own #TallTeamDraft!
The Rules
- Draft candidates must be eye-catching, fashionable SHORTIES with TALL swag!
- A little bit of “oh no he/she didn’t” cringe worthiness is preferred, but not required. We like people with a little flair/edge!
- Have fun with this, laugh, be silly…no one’s getting hurt here.
NOW….let the gaaaaaaaaaames begin! Here are our top 5 picks (in no particular order)…
1. Bad girl Rih is a top pick in the #TallTeamDraft! Her incredibly fearless style and bad girl attitude make this choice a no-brainer. And we know you see that “Love Me” in the background 
2. C’mon…you knew Queen Bey was making the list! Her ability to switch from classic to fun looks, combined with her larger than life presence, make her, no doubt, an honorary TALL
3. David & Victoria Beckham are a fashion duo not to be messed with! Yes, we know they’re two people, but that’s not gonna stop us from making the item ONE pick.
4. Welp, the Kardashians have made their way into everything else pop culture…so this list wouldn’t be complete without one. Kourtney’s individual style propels her past her sisters’ seemingly staged look – and since personal style is what we like best, she got the spot.
5. Last but not least, Kanye West, ladies & gentlemen! I mean, let’s be honest, he’s worn saggy leather pants and skirts (ok…we know it was a kilt, but still) and has STILL managed to keep himself relevant in a fashion debate! And who else has more of a “WTF, did he really??!” factor than Kanye? Don’t worry, we’ll wait…
